The order arrives somewhere else entirely
A customer orders through FoodPanda, Uber Eats, or the restaurant's own channel. They never touch Scorto, never install anything, and never learn our name. The relationship stays where it was.
Dispatch every order, watch it to the door, and settle against a photograph rather than an argument. Your own drivers cost nothing per delivery; a vetted network covers the hours they cannot.
Every scan below happens in the software that already exists. This is the whole mechanism, in the order a real consignment meets it.

Their own courier is on shift, so the order goes to them and costs nothing per delivery. When nobody is free, the same screen posts it to the vetted freelance network instead. That decision is the product.
The job reaches couriers working that zone. Accepting it releases the customer's contact details for this delivery only. A courier who cancels after pickup owes the full order value.
This one is cash. The courier settles with the retailer up front and collects from the customer at the door, so the restaurant is never exposed to a courier who does not come back.
Live position, live ETA against real traffic, and an alert the moment the route deviates. The retailer sees it. The franchise operator sees it. Nobody has to phone anyone to find out where dinner is.
The courier photographs the order at the door. That image is the evidence a dispute is judged on, and it is attached to this consignment permanently.
Delivered on time and undisputed, so the rating posts automatically. The delivery fee leaves the retailer's wallet, commission is deducted, the courier's weekly payout accrues, and the franchise operator earns from their region. One record, four outcomes.
When one of your own couriers is on shift, the order goes to them and costs nothing per delivery. When nobody is free, the same screen posts it to the vetted network instead. You are never short of capacity, and you never pay for capacity you did not need.
The screen alongside is that decision on a different order in the same queue: SC-4419-GB, still unassigned. Scan 02 above is where SC-4417-GB passed through it.
Accepted automatically. Your driver, your shift, your terms.
Offered to couriers nearby. First to accept carries it.
Illustrative interface. Depicts the retailer portal, not a screenshot.
Three applications are running: the retailer portal, the courier app for iOS and Android, and the franchise console. If you are weighing a region, the fastest way through is a conversation.
